EchoLens is private-beta software. It is provided as it stands, without warranty, and it may change or stop working without notice.

What a Lens is — and is not

A Lens is a machine-generated reading of a source. Claims are extracted from what a speaker said and attributed to them; they are not verified, fact-checked or endorsed by EchoLens. Statements may be paraphrased inaccurately, attributed to the wrong speaker, or placed at the wrong moment.

Every claim links back to the moment it came from precisely so you can check it. Do not rely on a Lens as a source of truth, and do not present its output as verified fact.

Source material

Sources belong to their creators. EchoLens analyses publicly available video through official APIs, stores no source media, publishes no transcript, attributes every source, and links back to the original. If you hold rights in a source and want a Lens removed, use the content report form.

Acceptable use

• Submit only public sources you are permitted to analyse.
• Do not attempt to bypass the free-tier limits or automate submissions.
• Do not use EchoLens to harass, defame, or misrepresent anyone.

Availability and cost

Analysis depends on a third-party model that is sometimes unavailable. When it is, EchoLens says so and does not consume your free allowance. Free limits exist to keep the beta affordable and may change.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EchoLens accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of its output. It is a navigation aid for source material, not advice.
